Are you trying to separate the hub from the disc? Thanks for that DaveB I I took your advise and did them up to 70Nm. WHAT I should say is its my Son doing it all under my supervision..NOW The latest on Disc/Pad Change on the Drivers side..
This side even harder.Finaly got the centre nut off.....Now the Hub removal !!!!!!!!!!!! So far can not budge it. I have every thing off that needs to be off, Put an industrial 3 leg Hub puller on started to tighten nothing more pressure nothing not a bit of movement,.Now I put a 10 foot bit of Scaffold pole and it gave it all I got nothing. Left it with the pressure on the Hub Puller over night but no good.Im loosing faith !!One last pull no movement in the Hub however the Big heavy duty Hub Puller Disintegrated going in all directions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Now I borrowed an Hydraulic Puller I had quite a few Tons on it no good ! Bent the end of the leg that goes on the hub. From reading past posts off the Transit Forum the words ive read are starting to bug me and the word EASY EASY. YEA YEA.Now I have made my own hub puller using the old Hub from what I removed off the nearside also got some heat. If that all fails it will be the ANGLE GRINDER and about 200 cutting discs lol.!!!!!
