You have gotta love the internet for it's search abilities - amazing what you can find out with either an email address or a user ID

I assume pre-moderated means every post made has to be approved by a moderator before being released to be live on the forum - nice touch that

If I put his name or the hotmail address in google from the Manchester Evening News article i just get that one article, why doesn't any of his other trolling events or Mig welding forum come up?

He hasn't used his email address on here DW, just on that other site so there's no common terms that would show both his posts in the same search results. He also doesn't appear to have used the same user name anywhere else other than here.

Yes, pre-modded means that posts are placed in holding so any of us mods or Malcolm can take a look and decide whether they're ok to submit or not.
It's a good thing for monitoring content but can also be a bad thing for continuity if it's a busy thread, sometimes a pre-modded member will submit a perfectly good reply but it can be a while before one of us approves it and when it does enter the thread it does so chronologically so it can easily get lost among the more recent answers.
