Right. My Morris Minor has been blasted, etched and zince primed in cellulose. It now needs some waterproofing whilst various small areas get lead-loaded so I visited the paintshop for some supplies and they sold me a primer that is 2-part, waterproof and suitable for use with a filtered mask they sold me a while ago. The tin is all in Italian and states "Fondo Acrilico, 2K HS 5:1 D.B.S." and it kinda suggests it is a 2-pack Isocyanate mix.
3 questions, then. Is it a seriously toxic mix, is it going to be waterproof and will it sit over and under cellulose primers and paints?
I wanted an opinion from you guys before I revisit the paintshop.
Cheers
Rob
