My end caps arrived so i had a look to see if they fit. Look ok... Fitted bracket using M6 counter-sink bolts... Then had a trial fit... I still have the seat board to shorten and then I can take it all to bits to paint.

S smoggyrich Member Messages 144 Apr 5, 2012 #23 Cut the seat base to size and sanded all smooth... I've made some cut-outs with my router to give clearance for the tops of the legs as it folds... I was thinking about getting the frame Powder Coated. How much would something like this cost? I might look in to it if the price is right.

S smoggyrich Member Messages 144 Jun 10, 2012 #24 Finally got round to finishing this off so i thought i'd better get some pics on here.... I used black spray paint for the frame and just some normal white gloss for the seat.... Then i went over to the pound shop and got myself a dog collar for, you guessed it, £1.
