How would you deal with these, two small corn flys landed in my base coat?

Base coat ? It looks glossy is it lacquered, if they landed when it was just basecoat you should have removed them and any marks then a little more Base coat
When you do it again you will have to flat the full wing and as you are using a different batch of paint give the wing a full coat of Base again otherwise it will stand out you could try blending but I don't see the point, it wouldn't be as good and you would still have to give a full coat of clear againThanks.
It just hadn't flashed off yet, anyway I feked it up, I tried to fish them out with a tack rag but made a bigger mark, so wiped with panel wipe and made an even bigger mark, I'd run out of base coat so pushed ahead with the clear but the marks are clearly visible. Lesson learned!
I'll go over the area when I do the other wing.
Look at the area above the bucket, sort of a bloom.

Bummer as it was my best clear coat yet.

It started off like this.

Is the wing the same shade as the rest ??? really with a silver you should paint the whole front in one session and blend in, even different temps can affect shade
The paint tint is not a great match but the bonnet and bumper both need done, so bit by bit the entire front end will start to match up. I'm not confident enough to do any more than a panel at a time yet have to put up with any miss matches. Once I have done these I plan to blend into the doors.
Silver is just about the worst colour to blend I find, look at how many new cars that are varying shades of silver![]()
