Flux core welding

I don't have feed issues - knurled rollers go with flux core due to the wire being hollow (other than the flux) so the wire doesn't get crushed. However sometimes the tip will get a bit clogged up from welding spatter, in which case either change it use something thin and pointy to sort it out.

Like I said I've never had a single issue with V groove rollers on self shielded flux core and I use the same size tipe as the wire diameter across 7 welders of varying quality. They have all been single drive roller as well. Each to their own I suppose
