fluid tip removal for cleaning

The fluid tip on my two devilbiss fly 5 guns seem to be on incredibly tightly. With the gun in a vice and moderate htorque on a wrench, it won't come off. I'm worried that mor force could damage the gun.

Has anyone come across this before?

Never had the problem but you could try warming the body with a hot air gun round the air cap seat.

Try soaking them in some thinners for a while..
