Flue Insulation

Does anyone know what type of insulation is used on twin wall insulated chimney flue.
I'm making a flue on the cheap using 6" stainless with 8" spira duct on outside, I suppose I can use vermiculite if I cant source the other stuff.

Foundry blanket is good, they do a compressed version, about as thick as cardboard. I think vitcas stock it but I'm on my phone so can't check offhand. Google is your friend, as usual :-)

i use vitcas materials in my little construction business - they have high quality and pretty cheap materials. hopefully everything works fine.
