Flexible Filler

Hi chaps,

I am in the process of refurbishing the seat on my old motorbike. They have a lip on the bottom where the vinyl wraps around and this had rotted. I have now plated this from behind so under the seat you can now see the old flaky metal and the new metal behind it. I would like to run some filler over it and then paint (so you cant see the repair) but I am concerned about it cracking. Is there any particular filler that would be best for this application?

Not fully sure your application>im assuming your seat base will flex? most mainstream quality fillers will take a small amount of flex but if you want lots of movement, you can paint over p/u sealer like tiger seal if you can get it smooth enough (with panel wipe)

most modern fillers will flex enough for that , or yeah if pu sealer smoothed over it would work for your seat then that will flex alot
