UPOL do some, and I've used the Big Boy Metal Filler as well.
But 12mm is a lot, double the maximum you would really want to have - so high chance of cracking.
Can you not get the panel much closer the finished size.
Plastic padding Alu, what used to be Ultima. Used it in mold making and know it can take a bashing without letting go, you can get a dispenser for it that makes sure the correct filler/hardener ratio gets mixed
I had too fill a bit of a depression on my hot rod roof as i had a poor match of panels and went with the P40 with fibreglass, been on for a good few years with no issue
Most body fillers are now good for most properly prepped substrates now. I prefer Fantastic for ease of use. However. 12mm is a big ask. It will, in time crack.

ive done some hideous filler jobs at the bosses orders over the years , as long as the job is well keyyed , no rust and not cracks ive not had any problems at all
you wont go wrong with plastic padding or upol brand
