A truck then?Sorry not my thing you know
That's been my experience too fizzy, ... I had a right go at them over dietary provisionsMedical treatment World class other care awful.
Isn't that the thing that cremates your lunch from the inside out?Guess that’s the closest to the machine that goes ping![]()

Yeah but he’s Welsh you know.A truck then?
Sounds like we need to leave you where you are for now, but perhaps the forum should be trying to break in with some wholesome food?!Thanks for all the kind words everyone. It does help.
I had a bad gallbladder attack but the main problem now is an abscess on my liver.
I am on 3 different iv antibiotics 3 times a day. Blood sugar has gone mental due to infection so insulin injections twice a day.
Trying to run a business from my hospital bed doesn't help either.
Food is the worst problem. They keep trying to give me fatty foods and sugary desserts which I just can have so living on 400 calories a day. I was pretty fit coming in but getting weaker by the day.
Had endoscopy Friday to remove some stones from my bile duct. Horrible experience and they had gone anyway
Medical treatment World class other care awful.

Get well soon, the "food" seems dire at most Hospitals, all processed ping meals, how do they expect the body to recover/heal eating that rubbish

Seems like it's the same across the board. But whilst the management and coordination was appalling while Mom was in there for 6 weeks the care "seemed" to be the best part. Thanks for all the kind words everyone. It does help.

I don't think he is well enough to be shown Food Porn. I hope I'm wrong.

Sorry about your loss ,it's never easy .Seems like it's the same across the board. But whilst the management and coordination was appalling while Mom was in there for 6 weeks the care "seemed" to be the best part.
A lot of the individual parts work great. Palliative care team was great but getting end of life discharge sorted shows up the "slopes shoulders"
I ended up asking who's job it was, most of it is privatised so once you get past the beaurocracy and speak to the supplier as they want paying/money they get the ball rolling quickly.
Leaving aside the Nurses, who in general were brilliant , the backdoor privatisation is that bad that instead of feeling sad my mom has finally passed away I was pleased she is no longer subject to the pain and suffering that was inflicted on the whole family.
So fizzy whatever you do make sure they don't fob you off. Make sure if you need something there is someone fighting your corner if you need it chap.
That’s just a chicken curry with tomatoesWhats that parm. I think the recipe might cheer me up...lol
