It doesn't take long.
I plyed most of the downstairs of my house after doing some serious work. It doesn't take long, especially if the skirting is off as the cuts don't need to be as accurate on the edges.
Good quality screws are the key, which you have said already. Impact driver will burn through a box in no time.
I put a few odd ones in to hold the sheets in place while cutting and laying out, then did the rest in one hit.
no such luck with skirting it is all in place




then look even sicker when its chipboard not ordinary floorboards underneath
I just went to see a house rewire all chipboard floors upstairs and concrete floors below .the house is getting re hashed and ensuites added and rooms and bedrooms swapped round .the guys ripping all the floors out so I will give a price and do it .if the floors wernt coming up I wasn't going to bother . who needs crap like that
