That would tend to cause blistering rather than fish eyes though, which are more typical of silicones in the air.
Could be solvent pop because of changes in temperature and humidity - which does looks very similar to fisheyes.
@Burdekin Are the defects are there immediately on laying down the paint, or appear shortly afterwards or during the drying phase?
Unfortunately, it’s a rubbish time of year for hobbyist spraying – I try to only do it when the temperature is relatively consistent and not too extreme and can air dry naturally, which is somewhat of a challenge in this country.
More so, I suspect, at your end of the world..
