what do we think possible changes I can make? Have installed new steel liner, new tip 0.8 clarkes own habe large spool and gas is pure C02, pub gas bottle so not sure how pressure i'm delivering to weld area. All examples are using mild steel. Settings are as pic A, 3 min -tried max but need 20 amp supply as it trips breaker. Everyones thoughts would be welcome, good or bad - please I need feedback.

Pics 1 to 4 - more gas needed. You can see that the welds are poorly shaped, porous and cratery.
Gas flow should be somewhere around 10 litres per minute, if you don't have a flow gauge on your regulator then spend a few quid on a 'peashooter' that fits over the torch shroud.
Pic 5 is looking good from what I can see. Consistent bead width and nice profile.
Pic 7 is too fuzzy to comment on.
Pic 8 - weld looks quite tall but so more power or slower travel speed needed.
Pic 9 - Not too bad at all, the left side is a little erratic but the right side looks better. Try and distribute the weld a bit more evenly between the two sides.
All in all a very good effort.
