Running too cold mostly. Weld is too tall. A couple tiny bits are good. Probably is because the torch is too far from the work. You can just about touch the shroud on the work welding thin metal. 1.2mm isn't especially thin so there should be scope for experimentation.

Suzuki jimny 2003, needs new boot floor and slam panel, which we have , we have a mate who will do it, but I want to do some

I've a Jimny on the ramps at the moment and we're doing the same job!

I've got a 2000 Jimny, and needs the same job doing!

Also the rear body mounts have totally gone aswell.
I'm thinking some 50mm box section right across the back to catch both chassis mounts to fix this, but will have to wait until the summer on mine.
