so I have taken the leap and purchased my first r-tech machine. I went for the Pro arc 135 and it should be with me on friday. I have been meaning to replace my little Clarke 140 buzz box which to be honest is fine for learning how not to weld but pretty poor for anything other than that.
I had looked at the Chinese offerings which did offer more power for less money and the Italian tigmig machines which also offer more power for less but to be honest the main thing that swung it was the 2 year RTB warranty which you cant really argue with for the money.
looking forward to burning some rods on the machine and save on a bit of gas and mig wire...
