Ok, nearly there with the trolley. Lower level to take a mig, upper for bits and pieces (or tother way round if you want).
Some welds were very neat, others less so and then got bored with grinding them back some I chucked some red oxide paint on and then a coat of silver
In primer:
Painted up in silver:
Got my chequer plate cut to go in the gaps and make the shelves. However, with hind sight I'd just have welded sheet to the bottom of the box. Still, know for the future.
Also wouldn't have bothered welding bits over the ends of the box - just shoved some bungs in instead.
Also will be moving the wheels inboard so they're contained within the chassis but need to improve the little stub axles since the threaded rod is slack and M12 bolts have too long a plain shank.
