I have two Plasma Cutters, a Hypertherm Powermax 1000 which I use on my homebuilt CNC Plasma Machine
I also have a Cut 40 which I only use to cut down large sheets for use on the CNC
It works great and it would be fine for just cutting bits out of a car
When I bought mine I also bought enough consumables to last 10 years for about £20
The Cut40's are very cheap too!
I paid £2500 for my Hypertherm........
would any body hav the cost working of the Plasma cutter - Hypertherm Powermax for model 600 . cost required per hour continuous cut- using the air pressure is 6 bar feed continuously. for indian conditions.

I presume you are talking about industrial applications?
Your biggest cost will be in consumables. The rate at which you use those will depend on how you use the machine.
Consumable usage rate is affected by compressed air quality / dryness, quality of the consumables (genuine / copy parts), cleanliness of the material being cut, accuracy of setting the machine appropriate to what is being cut (amps), number of pierces per hour (most important!), travel speed of the torch, torch height control and probably a lot more besides.
Then its power consumption - your compressor will probably be the biggest part of that.
Duty cycle? You said continuous, but I promise it won't be.
