Here we are , finally got an excuse to buy one .
Already looked at one in particular which is not so far from my financial possibilities (I can buy a fronius too I just don't need one and I seriously have to manage money)
Anyway my brother bought a Mercedes van ,it needs bodywork (that's the excuse)
He said that he wants to pay half of the price of the welder(that's the incentive)
I've found a single phase 250A inverter, mig and stick welder for a reasonable price.
3 meters torch (MB 15)
Obviously gas and gasless
5kg spool
Single knob
Variable current,voltage,wire feed ,2t 4 t , inductance.
Not synergic .
I am looking at it since few months back.
My brother found one for 100 euros less
150A
Wire feed speed and voltage settings
Fixed 3 meters torch
1kg spool
Now it's true it's cheaper and most cost effective for the single Job ,but I can't repaid it because it's kind of disposable
What to do ?
I don't know how to explain that to my brother which obviously wants to keep costs down.
I would like to save more money before to buy it (obviously the 250A one because it's more likely to get money back than the other one)
Advice?
