Keep practising, try to keep a short arc, try not to dip tungsten in pool, not to jab filler in arc, not to completely melt the piece (get a bigger one), not burn yourself, get arceye, or burn the workshop down.
Once you've mastered laying down the beads you need to practice feeding the filler down your glove. I still haven't
Looks like a good start You've clearly got the basic setup about right.
Try stacking beads overlapping on a slightly bigger and thicker plate. 1.6mm is too thin to be learning on - you're just sitting the beads on top, or burning through. It's not helping with contamination.
I'd reduce balance to 30%, taper the tungsten a bit if you aren't already, and try to keep the tungsten end smaller than its actual diameter.
As Minimutly says, you need to learn to feed a length of filler through your fingers and use that movement to give a consistent dab.
Spend hours doing it. You need that muscle memory.
