It sounds like you have had a lot of trouble learning to weld. Most people can pick up the basic technique in a few hours with decent machine and instruction. Normally I'd suggest posting photos in a new thread and asking for advice, but we'll not pick up any problems with your arc length, wire speed or torch angle if you are not prepared to try a continuous weld, so I'd suggest you don't bother.

When i done my tickets, there was a guy from the same firm as me there also, just trying to learn to stick 2 bits of metal together, he could have been there for 15 years and still be no good, reason being, for some strange reason he thought he was good and would never listen. The teacher in Exeter college who is the best, (in my view), just gave up.
