I've seen hes got 25% discount on his European shop today just wondering does anyone have any of his squares and think they're worth the money?
Why do you see it as another project? They do look great ,, but I look at them and just see another project to add to the list , for when Im not busy.
Be a nice earner as a tab and slot kit for some one with a laser cutter ..
I could be persuaded into making another batch of weld together squares.I’ve got a pair of the minion squares, they’re nicely made though I find the clamp holes a little small for 115mm clamps.
Are they worth the money? I’m happy enough with them though as with any square they have their limitations - I use a fair bit of angle and flat on edge so they’re not much use for that, but if I had the money I’d certainly buy some of the larger ones.
Mind you, if @pressbrake1 were to make some I’d be first in the queue, and sod the price!

At least they’re drop proof unlike iron
After my adventures in foundry work fireball squares aren’t bad value but still too dear for a welding squares

They certainly look very well made, strong enough and accurate. Whether or not they are "worth" the money only your wallet can tell you (mine said "no").
I suspect a lot of people are seduced by the excellent YouTube videos and don't mind "supporting" Jason by buying them off him.

Cool I would like a smaller pair if you do please mr @pressbrake1
good choice, I have a pair by Mr pressbrake, the most easily used alignment tools I have, not the smallest but always there and due to their weight they don't move around much anyway.. You'll not want to be dropping one on your foot though ..., but excellent bits of kit.... well recommended.. certainly more acurate than my welding hahahahahahah

I bought a set. Really should start making stuff rather than just thinking about it
they look good would they break if dropped hard?I made these earlier in the year
I used the crappy foundry in London so the casting is porous and a bit poop
Trouble is high grade foundry will be dear
I still use them though View attachment 260663
