Same as my Lexus V8 engine and Isuzu diesel then. My concerns would be that any corrosion would affect the surface hardening, flatness and smoothness on the camshaft side of the shim, as its a rubbing/wearing face. Less important on the valve side.The cam acts directly on the back of the shim which sits in a recess in the bucket top, the valve stem is in contact with the underside of the bucket. A special tool is needed to press down on the edge of the bucket and compress the valve; the shim can then be removed or replaced. Not sure what effect the citric (or the corrosion) would have on any hardening.
Yes, it's a Lampredi twin cam (2 litre).
TBH, if it were mine, I would not use them. Might turn out to be an expensive economy.
