hello guys,
there not great im only armed with a hobby craft argon bottle only get five mins at possible metals a bit poor quality see what you guys have to say the holes is where i ran out of gas totaly destroyed my tungsten. and i can see a few dab where i dabbed the tungsten in as well. but this is my first set of runs in a year i guess

( acttualy :-) i did not grind the metal two well next door not to happy at my 9 0 clock grinding)

looks like a good start. Dont know too much about Tig but have dabbled, you are doing better than I did.
Your neighbours must love you.
Try cleaning you metal more before starting.

My neighbours love me. :-) my reasons for my poor grinding is i dont have a work shop with all my equipment already set up plus i only ever get so much free time there is a pic of my first attempt on all some where i did in college it 30 times better than this i also need new grinding disks. Thank u for your reply mate.

your material needs to be spotlessly clean and the fit up needs to be as close to perfect as you can get it. (ie no gaps)

Other than that is practice and a lot of it
