Finally... a working eurotor h & solenoid

Evening guys & gals,
Well after a day of thinking to myself, Why have I done this, yesterday.
I got up early this morning, (3.30 a.m), it was cooler & easier to think, as today in Worcestershire it's been 31 degs.
I'm pleased to say I have a working parker eurotorch & a gas solenoid.
As I said, I'm no electrician, but having spent last night on here doing plenty of research, & having been given some information by you guys, I broke out my test meter & power probe, & I'm done. I've got some heat shrinking to do, as I've only got tape at moment, but other than that, we'll happy.

I've just been looking at the kit to do it.
The parker torch is 4mtr, so would be good to get the same length earth lead. Then the machine will be ready to mount on my homemade trolley.... just hope it all holds together as it was my first project.lol

Well done, sounds like a good job.
I did the same sort of thing to an old ERP 150 15 years ago. You won't regret it. I upgraded the earth lead as well, and put a Dinze connector on it so it was detachable. It was a vast improvement all around.
