Filling small bottle from large one

I have been offered a large bottle of argon, i think it is known as W size about 5 ft tall.
my problem is that i have noware to store it at home and it will be to unweldley to move about.
I normaly use quite a small bottle about 2 ft tall and the last one lasted nearly two years, so my question is can i use the large bottle to refill the smaler one and if so how ???.

its not a good idea and not advisable even if u had the decanting hose . check the pressures filled to on each size bottle and u will soon see why

With proper training, supervision and equipment it's fine. Don't take this the wrong way but it's not to be attempted in a garage with cobbled together equipment with out training
