What causes this? Heat cycles? It's never been fitted to a car so it can't be stress fractures.
u can be an be an expert at anything with a few clicks of a keyboard google and u tube . there was jack **** when I started 45 years ago. just a few guys at college night time engineering workshop course that would help u learn
I just hope everyone who has commented on this problem isn't using Google as their qualification!
I saw that people recommend epoxy primer for anything that can't be felt with a nail - I'll get some better pics today and it'd be good to see what people think.

or just go their own way and then come back to ask what went wrong!!! Anyroad up, glass fibre is not an easy substrate to deal with and i have always tried to shy away from it if possible. i assumed the crazing was in the paint (2k does this if you forget to add the hardener!!) but if its not been painted it has to be completely removed.
