The other thread about home "diy fibre glassing" has me thinking about one of my own projects.
I want to use an old bath as a mould.
Obviously fibreglass will be no problem with polish and release agent.
I assume an enamel bath would be the same.
What about plastic baths - can they be used or would there be a reaction ?
I know they will withstand the heat from the fibreglass curing as they can take boiling water !
At "the end of the day" I'll probably use a fibreglass bath but seeing it'll be scrounged off Freecycle, out of skips etc then beggars can't always be choosers
