going back to a wood handle is far easier for replacement of the handle
otherwise its buy new
As in the title, what goo is best for reattaching loose fibreglass handles in hammers and axes. The pile is building up and would like a lasting repair vs whatever these things are originally made/glued with.

how about a nut and bolt through the lot side to side , then call it anti vibe or the likes ,,,Crosscut the end, fix with Wedges? Or can the head slide up the shaft
Wire lock is the stuff I use for ends. You need it scrupulously clean and it works by having a ‘broom’ of wire in a certain way to give it something to grab.What about the resins they use in wire rope ends/splices
Epoxy. JB weld or similar metal filled is the strongest. ...I bet plastic padding type elastic would also work well.
