I'm looking for a new pair of 0.8mm feed wheels for my (very) old NBC Autoweld 2. I have no idea if they're a universal part or machine-specific, can anyone shed any light or sell me a set?
This is a picture from when I was replacing the drive motor, not sure if it helps - I'll try to get a better one later. It's an old industrial set if that makes a difference.
That's why I love this machine - it's basic but solid, and still going after 30 ish years.That is one mother of a motor!
They don't fit 'em like that anymore, it makes the one on my portamig look like a toy!
Yes, I stick with .8 unless there's something mega-fiddly to do. Are you suggesting a roller exchange?
all I have to do is to replace the rectifier diodes and find a new Euro torch fitting
(it has a fitting that’s not compatible with modern ones)
