i would be complaining and trying to get your money back

what if you had needed it urgently

in my opinion almost all the parcel delivery companies need a good kick up the waste disposal unit

its about time couriers were hit hard when they mess up especially for broken items they sling them around like a football ive had 2, 240 volt altenators delivered broken in a row in the past

I agree but the problem is to get things running properly costs would increase and prices would go up, the companies that increase their costs would go out of business as they would be too expensive in comparison to their competitors.

those companies do their costings on the basis everything is done properly its just the lazy employees that are messing it up throwing things, breaking them and probably knocking off the odd thing they take a fancy to, take the welder for instance there is no way that can go missing, it was taken by someone that wanted one or had a buyer

and what makes it worse the boxes have pictures on them so they know whats in them . i once had an industrial carpet cleaner go missing from delivery firm SUMONE SCORED IT [CLEANED UP ]

I would always go for a courier company that says it will refund the cost of delivery if it's too late, damaged or both. You dont always get what you pay for these days.

I think it's more like the casual worker's they may have.

Better late then never i say.

when your parcel is at the bottom of the pile it is just as eay to lift off the other parcels as it is to throw them off though
