Not engineering, but world war two is an interesting channel - they are using archive film to create weekly reports on WW2 in 'real time'. It's been going a few months now and they are up to the first week in Jan 1940. Takes your mind off Br***t...

Coldwarmotors - Love how they keep rescuing old knackered 50s cars. (Later Citroen SM too.. very interesting)
Jonathan W - Constantly interesting and incredibly talented home builder - Tows cars for a living.
HubNut _ Hubnut is great - loves all those also ran cars that have all but disappeared.
Mustie1 - Likes VWs and all sorts of small engine stuff. Always worth a watch.
Joe Pieczynsky - top notch machinist - lots of informative videos.
Marty's Matchbox Makeovers - Nice relaxing channel, fixes up old Matchbox cars. Quite humourous.
bcbloc02 - Brian Block. His old barn workshop series is a must see. He doesn't mess around.
xynudu - laid back Aussie. Machining, scrounging and tinkering content.

I'm a big fan of John's channel - watch every Sunday night. Abom, Tony, Stefan, Keith Rucker - He's got some stuff.

I've been posting some video's myself. I've been trying to up the ante lately with better lighting and camera technique (it's still pretty crap) but if you like, you can check my last two offerings, on getting my ancient Buma boring machine running. I was thinking of posting a link when I saw this thread, so I'll put them here. if you like them (they're only 5 minutes a piece) you can check out some of my others.
