Faulty Regulator

Hi
I have a Clarke 151TE Mig welder for car body repair. The regulator is the one which came with the machine.
I brought one of these http://www.weldequip.com/gas-flow-tester.htm on full the reading is three L/pm. I am led to believe i need around 10 L/pm for welding indoors?

Is it a disposable gas bottle your use ing?

yes disposable C02 cylinder.

The small disposable bottle regulators don't flow a lot of gas, have you tried a few test welds? as long as there's enough gas flowing to shield the weld it will be OK.
