Fastest/easiest way to blend fillet weld

I have an ongoing need to blend small fillet welds to a radius of about 6mm on the frames I make it.

I currently rough them in with a burr or one of the pferd polyfan curve discs the attack with a file and die grinder with sanding discs but it takes too long.

I looked at spiraband/bobbin arbors but they don't go small enough it seems?

Suggestions?

I should say they are going to blasting and powder coating so I don't think they need to be perfect.

I got a flap disc off @Welderpaul with a radius on the end, I reckon it would be ideal for that job.

Probably not helpful but I would tig them, even a stick welder and a 2.5mm 6013 will give a concave bead if run properly, but if you are stuck with mig then run the welds vertical down, it will give a much flatter weld profile than the the flat position,

Radius is far too big unfortunately. Great discs though.

In all honesty I think I'm going to TIG them on the next batch, biggest issue with Tig is positioning because I'm still green with TIG. bench is too small and can't upgrade until I move.

I'll still need something to clean up the bead though I'd imagine, client is very specific and wants them blended smooth (as is practical).

Well...it appears they they do a "medium" polifan curve disc..with a 5mm radius.

Box of 10 duly ordered.

And a box of Norton vortex rapid blend

And a new variable speed grinder to run the rapid blend.

My wallet needs a lie down.
