Outside dematron rotary.
Still weird seeing cows reverse as not seen a outside rotary in person.
It's weird seeing 120 ton of concrete, steel and cows start moving.
Yea and unfortunately was the demise of a technician in somerset earlier this week when got dragged into the mechanism.
I don't actually know where they're made, the genuine one at £19 is the one on the left in the pic.
that’s the opposite of what we are used to with Chinese steel failing
Them poor Farmers.
Quite sad, many smaller farms are run by a single family, so no one to share their problems with, very insular life style.Farming now has to be done on that scale to remain viable and competitive. Joe Public demands/has come to expect cheap, good food and the supermarkets squeeze producers/suppliers until the pips are squeaking.
Have you seen the suicide rate(s) in the farming community?

We went up to near your neck of the woods this weekend Fraser, stayed in Alnwick and visited Lindisfarne and Bamburgh Castle yesterday. Saw that huge Coastal Grains storage unit from the A1 and thought of you! but you're further up and inland I believe.

i worked for a outfit that put up some of those bins at costal grains . i did the elevator platform on my own and all the corner cuts on the catwalks on J and K lines . amazing view but not a nice place to be when a lightning storm comes in. i had my head down whilst doing the elevator platform and it is the highest point for a long way around. the lads resorted to shooting at me with a air rifle to get my attention to get down. i don't miss doing high steel. We went up to near your neck of the woods this weekend Fraser, stayed in Alnwick and visited Lindisfarne and Bamburgh Castle yesterday. Was that metal from Mike's and were either of the points on the front as they can wear quicker?Yeah up until a few years ago I swore by the genuine metal, local supplier of non genuine stuff convinced me to try his stuff, put 4 of his and 3 genuine onto each side of the plough, ended up using 2 genuine to 1 non genuine so that convinced us too change. This year I was getting through metal quicker than normal so thought I'd check the non genuine was still upto scratch and ran another test, turns out it's still fine.
