Really, try taking that to any court which relies upon evidence and you lose.

Lets look at you and your actions shall we, you have claimed in both PM's and openly on the site that I am someone called Mee, fine so far, but when you were asked to substantiate that claim you couldn't and openly admitted that you were working upon your own assumptions and no evidence, yet you can work solely upon unfounded assumptions without any proof yet you ask others to provide proof of their claims; that alone shows you to be a hypoctite and a fool as anyone with an iota of intelligence wouldn't have made such an outright claim and they would have suggested or inferred this may be the case. Have you read section 7 of the Fraud Act 2006???

Next you try to present your opinions and solely opinions as facts and this is not confined solely to you but your opinions are simply that, your opinions based solely upon your thoughts and with no substiantiating evidence and they are not facts and if you had an iota of intelligence you could have foollowed another site members lead and had your thoughts and kept them to yourself and not made fraudulent and misleading claims and potentially have put the site in a vulnerable position, but not you as you are apparently to fond of winning arguments you deliberately create; and of course I still have your outright claims for future reference.

Now you have the chance of substanting your claims, prove I an someone called Mee and provide substantive proof and not an incorrect opinion. I suppose an apology is to much to expect.

So, in my opinion you are not just a fool but a dangerous fool as clearly you don't understand the liabilities on you and what potential implications they may have on the site and someone like you shouldn't be a staff member or have anything to do with running such a site, I suppose you were the one who banned Mee and did you have any evidence of your claims against him/her or did you do this on a whim? more egotist than fact I would suggest.

Do we really have to have this endless loop of random claims, refusing to produce any plausible evidence to back up the claims other than heresy, then turning the argument around to try and undermine the questioners when all they want is evidence?

It's like a dummies guide on how to peddle conspiracy theories.
Instead of producing evidence to back up claims, just keep moving the goalposts and asking essentially unrelated questions to avoid just producing evidence.

It’s odd but the only thing I can see on this thread which might merit someone legally taking the hump is the unsubstantiated claims that a major car manufacturers supply chains had been flooded with fake parts and they had episodes of brakes exploding.

Cases of exploding brake discs were the most common and made the mainstream media at he time.

It strikes me as a little peculiar (to say the least) that a story with significant safety implications, which apparently "made the mainstream media" has disappeared without trace. Given that Google throws up the most obscure stories from the local press going back many years - it seems very odd that stories on exploding brake discs have disappeared. Maybe Google has been hacked by these naughty Chinese manufacturers and all traces of the story have been deleted - shades of Fu Manchu! Meanwhile in the real world, there appear to be no believers in your tales of dastardly Chinese brake manufacturers disrupting supply chains....
