Fake counterfeits

had a couple of digiflavour siren 2's off ebay I knew were fake on purchase, way too cheap to be genuine. both work a treat and seem well made enough to be 'fake fakes'.
seen a few devilbiss spray guns recently on ebay that are clearly fake due to their cheap price, but if they are exact copies would they be as good as the original

I ran this past some ex-student mates and they were like, yeah, there's a lot of fakes out there in the vape market. I keep referring to them because they seem to be more connected to this modern world than I certainly am. I have never been "streetwise". I'm like a fish out of water in that there London. After 20 odd years I will still just walk up to someone and talk to them. They look at me as if I'm mad, that's if they look up from their iPhone.

Maybe it's the market for vaping - generally the younger generation who buy the cheapest brandname they've heard of on ebay/amazon, regardless of where it came from.

I mean, I include myself in that too... minus the vaping, you'll never catch me doing something so stupid

IKR but it stops me smoking. I think the trick with these fakes is the pricing and volume. Huge volumes at otherwise insignificant price level. About 40 million people vape so if you can steal a penny off each, you're doing well. These "coils" are consumable, disposable items so you get through a fair few per month. Dunno what the global market is for vape products generally but it must be in the hundreds of millions £££

tried everything to stop smoking after being a heavy smoker for years and couldn't kick it, been off cigarettes now for going on six years thanks to vaping lesser of 2 evils.

as for coils I bought a roll of coil wire (make my own coils) last time I was in the uk for about 8 quid and still using it, that was christmas 2018.
