Got air sorted for the punch, previously I had this 22mm line for a condensate drain but added a bend and several metres of tubing and it’s a new direct feed for the punch. I’ve used a 1/2” bore hose to go from wall to punch itself. I’ll add a cover over this soon to pin it to the wall and for some protection.
At the punch end I added a valve (realised afterwards this isn’t needed!) and a tee so I’ve got access to a blow gun if needed.
I’ve cleaned the water trap which was filed with oil and oiler that’s on the machine.
Electrics are now all in place ready for electrician to hook up tomorrow.
Machine had a length of swa coming out the bottom. Didn’t like this arrangement, there was already a hole int the top that was a bit too big so a piece of Ali sprayed and riveted in place looks neat enough. New tough rubber flex to go out to wall isolator this goes out via a cantilever arm which I already had. This also carries the cable for the chiller.
Also added new filter material to both side panels of the chiller the old stuff had completely disintegrated!

Don’t think it has been done for a long time. Ran out of brake cleaner so not perfect. Think there’s about 10/15kg of slugs I’ve removed!
