Extra wide safety boots

I have had a life of trouble because of my wide feet! Its bad enough finding normal shoes, let alone safety shoes or boots!!
I need an extra wide shoe/boot (not wide). I currently use a Amblers (AS803) boot that fits great but they are big and heavy for the summer so I am looking for something lighter like a shoe or trainer.
I tried Grafters which are wide enough, but they have put a standard toecap in a wide boot so that pushes on my second from smallest toe.

Anyone use Cofra boots?
Anyone else have this problem and found one as I'm fed up ordering shoes and sending them back!

I'm in the same boat, The boots that work provide are not wide enough and they'll only issue one pair per year, so I've ended up buying my own. This is getting expensive, I've recently had Doc Martens and Site from Screwfix, both proclaimed as wide fitting, our definitions differ.

It's been a lifetime headache. I normally wear a 13, occasionally 12 and 14 in some trainers. Why do manufacturers normally stop at 11? Surely there must be enough freaks out there to buy them. Love holidays to the States where outlet stores regularly stock up to size 15. I'm a G width or EE as Americans size them. I've found sketchers good, some of their trainers might be suitable. Also had a pair of Karrimor hiking type trainer shoes which are about done but have lasted 9 years, happily have another pair of them.

Fellow sufferer here - its a wide-spread problem (groan) - I can remember as a teenager wanting a pair of winkle-pickers but that was never going to happen. As far as work boots go, I am currently wearing a pair of Site riggers which aren't too bad, but still a relief taking them off at the end of the day. I still can't find a comfortable pair of biking boots though, it seems that all bikers are required to have narrow feet and be knee-high to a grasshopper.

Engelbert strauss do widefit safety boots and shoes. I have several pairs of the Siom low, not cheap but very comfortable. After years of suffering with standard safety boots you can't put a price on comfort when it comes to feet

Welcome to my world. I solved the Dress shoe problem years ago by having them made, work shoes and boots not so much. I use a wide fit Waldlaufer for day to day but I have long thought about @mtt.tr suggestion of William Lennon and I may just get myself a proper pair of hill boots.

Absolutely nothing worse than ill fitting shoes or boots.

EDIT: Oh yes, I am a half size too.

As Gloria Hunniford said, "always buy a good bed and good shoes, if you're not in one you're in the other". I've been introduced to quality shoes from Loake and was measured at an old fashioned shoe makers and now have several pairs of high quality (expensive) shoes and a nice pair of Redwing boots. As far as I can see, they filed for bankruptcy for the fourth time in 2017. Both .uk and .com websites are closed, and Facebook site hasn't been updated in years... shame, as they had good gear.
