Post is a problem as most couriers/PO don't like much over 1.5metres, Yes I have mandrel bends in all sizes.

I think Tuffnels deliver up to 5m long parcels

Tuffnels do tend to take the stuff other couriers don't want. The drivers whinge like hell about it
I've had 3m items delivered by them a couple of times. They're not the most careful in the world but reasonably well-packaged exhaust tube should be safe enough.

I've not used aluminium warehouse for a few years (price break for free delivery used to be a lot lower) but i've had 5 metre lengths of tube from them and looking on their site they appear to be using Tuffnells. The interweb suggests 6m is their max length. Upto around 3" AW used a carboard tube, above that they just mummified it, pretty sure a dinked end was common in the latter case but hardly the end of the world especially if saving a chunk- money and/or wastage from multiple shorter lengths

Langy your pipe is way more cheaper.
When i do the next exhaust I'll certainly be buying from you.
Nearly all welded up now.
Lambda sensor bosses to weld in and that should be the lot.

Got the bosses welded in and all mounted up to the silencer, Need to lower the last mount a bit though or the rear section will hit the suspension when it is on full droop.
Fired it to see how it sounds with what i've done up to now.
Is it wrong to be excited at how nice it sounds

Got my exhaust all finished.
No vibrations or rattling on the chassis anywhere.
I'm really pleased with the outcome.
I ended up welding up all the slip joints and then ground back the welds with a flap disc.
Mainly for looks, so you only see one weld rather than lots of slits.
I'll get some photo's tomorrow as the ones i have a rubbish.
I also fabbed up bit of a gearbox tunnel for the auto shifter.
Then i just need to mount the handbrake and I'm cooking on gas.

Hi,
I got them from Jetex, they let me have surplus bits on a sale and return as long as they were returned within 3 weeks.
Langy on here sells stainless pipe and parts a lot cheaper then Jetex.
Try dropping him a pm.
