Apparently some old gent had it for years and it has hardly been used. We shall see.@fizzy That looks particularly clean , do you know if it's been refurb'ed prior to/for sale?
I need a magnetic chuck for it - they aren't cheap are they!
What size do I need? Or rather what is the max size that will fit?
I think mine is the Mk2 as it has 3 slots. If so the travel is listed at 18" table with 15x6 travel.
A common size magnetic chuck is 14x6 - would that be ok? Other size is 10x5 - would that be too small?
I picked mine up without a chuck, on picking up a compressor of same chap a month later he oddly came upon a chuck.I need a magnetic chuck for it - they aren't cheap are they!

Wouldn't imagine so for a machine that size, you will not be grinding huge workpieces i would think. Keep an eye on fleabay, they come up regularly.
More than welcome but chaos with a capital kI'm going to have to pop in and see some of your toys sometime...
Do you have a link can't find them.@fizzy if it is 10 x 5 or 12 x 6 ..MSC have them on offer in new July offers !!

Cheers that would be great! My eclipse holds stuff just great and it's donkeys years old. There's a good manual by them on how to get the best workholding for various shapes and finishes. I have it somewhere I'll dig it out.
