Yesterday morning my Plasma 30 developed a fault with the air supply solenoid, a quick call to R Tech and less than 24hrs later a replacement unit has arrived - it was the positive reports on the company`s customer service which prompted me to purchase both my Mig and Plasma cutter from them, this has paid off. The guy I spoke to in technical, was polite efficient and knowledgeable, I ran through the symptoms with him, eliminated a couple of options and Viola` - replacement received.
