Spent my later years of my working life taking exams galore for IOSH and NEBOSH courses and I am one of those whose eyes start to droop in a warm classroom after lunch.
It seemed every time I finished, some official body would think of something else that was required to supervise safety..so yes..will wish you luck and don't envy you at all

Level 3 C&G TIG, mainly just learning to weld pipes in different positions.. the theory side of it is mostly concerning welding diagrams and H&S stuff. I haven't done any revision yet, my theory is that if I revise at like 16:00 then by the time the exam comes about at 18:00 then it will be fresh in my mind?!

Starting my level 1 tig tomorrow already completed my L1 in mig and mma. Long way to go for levell 3 though. Been welding for over ten year now mainly gates and railings etc money isnt fantastic but i have got by (just)..Turning 40 in a few month so decided to see if i can get some sort of certification before i get too old lol...
P P P Passed! It was fairly straightforward tbh.. two questions should have had drawings/diagrams attached which didn't though so I mentioned it to the examiner and she said she would lodge a complaint with C&G. Apparently, according to my tutor, it's quite common for C&G exams to have missing information, diagrams and just wrong answers..
Probably not.. I don't really want to be a pipe welder or anything so I won't go for any coding or anything. I just went because I wanted to learn how to TIG and also have some paperwork to support it, I just want to sort some space out in my garage and buy a machine now.. and see where that goes!
