I bought an ewm tetrix 350 ac dc welding machine and the igbt module is missing. Could you please help me, which exact igbt module is needed?

Bad news man. I hope you didn’t pay too much. Thermal paste seems very fresh though. Somebody had a go fixing it.

Technical people here are helpful, you could ask for part numbers, but buying new would be expensive.

I can get you part numbers and prices for both of those items. I might even have the modules you need as we scrapped one of those machines recently.
