EWM Coolant warning

Hi, bought a new EWM Tetrix 230 in January. Since it's new, it sometimes shows a coolant issue, and the blue bar light on the front illuminates yellow. This doesn't stop the machine from welding, and the fault code is very easily reset. I am using a 250-amp CK W worldwide 12' torch. Am I getting this problem because the CK torch doesn't have large enough coolant tubes in the head of the torch? I used a similar torch on a Miller Dynasty 280 for eight years and had no issues. Maybe the EWM is more sensitive to coolant flow

Is it giving you an error code number?
There are at least 4 possible cooler errors (I think) so a fault code would narrow it down..

The ck torch size shouldn't be a problem unless the torch is partially blocked or has a kinked tube or something.
You could check that by disconnecting the torch return (red) from the cooler and running the cooler discharging the fluid into a measuring jug. It should fill a 1l jug in well under 1 minute.

Hi, The CK torch was bought new with the welder in January. No, it comes up with coolant flow too low, and an amber light across the front of the machine. I will take a picture of it next time, and I will remove the red hose and do a test.

I see, I am pretty sure mine isn't kinked. I have a new CK torch, I should maybe try. it would rule out my new torch
