33mm x 2mm pitch according to my calipers and thread gauge? Seems odd so there might be an imperial match for that but the 2mm pitch looks bang on with the gauge?
I would like a copy of the file if you did draw one up, maybe 2 versions, one for a standard wire liner and one extended for a teflon liner? (Or just one version that allows for a teflon liner)
Maybe integrate a slot on the side for a velcro tie to keep the whole thing tidy.
You might want to print a small test ring first unless somebody else confirms that thread size!
depends on the printer you have and how well its tuned but this can be king of looseWhat do threads print out like?
Would pla filament be suitable for printing out something like this?
So far I have only used metal inserts in 3d prints but printing the threads for a low stress thing like this would be interesting, I have had a few issues with parts warping so would be interesting to see if I could get one of these to work correctly
M33x2 is a standard thread in hydraulics. That' makes sense then, the thread gauge fits perfectly but I haven't heard of a 33mm thread before.

I use simplify3d can share my profile for PLA+ if you like? What print settings did you use. Looks smooth

To loose the seem line on the plain section of the print in simplify3d select the 'layer tab' in 'edit process settings' then in 'start points' select 'use random start points for all perimeters'
Depending on the print it may increase the print time
