Well a reat faff about sorting new bearings out but this has been this weekends project. Not exactly finished as i need a set of spigot spacers making for the outer bearings as the ones on these trailer are different sizes due to the stepped axle.
I had these Ford Alloys for ages sitting there and couldnt sell them so as always never throw anything out
.
All that was needed for this was a set of hubs at 4 x 108 for a 1 inch axle a new set of outer bearings as the hubs come with 25.4 bearings inner and outer.
The off set on these wheels need a set of wheel spacers or 25mm as well though.
Also the hubs needed to be drill out for the M12x1.5 studs i had lying around, they come with wheel bolts. they needed to be drilled out to 13mm, maybe 12.5 would of been better though as the knurl did slip on a few.
So as said i am waiting for a chap to get back tp me about making some SS spigot bearings to take the outer bearings.
Hope it can sort it for me soon.
Look sweet now, trailer bling
