What are they?
What plastic is the drill body? Some plastics are not great at being glued.
For most tasks, the basic poundland epoxy is decent enough. Used them many many times.
I did buy several tubes of fancy expensive epoxy but one leaked everywhere and the other went off before I could start it, so it was about £20 wasted.
No idea on plastic,it’s hitachi. Strips of angle steel.

I've found PU or epoxy works pretty well to stick metal to plastic.
Clean and roughen the surface and it should be fine.
I did a a very rough and ready test on HMWP to steel and found epoxy worked best.

Carried out the test on the three samples I glued on Monday night
Very sophisticated test equipment (not) but you have to use what you have available.
The three plastic blocks were cut from the same strip and glued to the same length of flat bar.
I didn't do any cleaning and the plastic was as it came out of the overhead saw.
The test was to clamp the bar in the vice fit stillstons over the block and add weight until it twists off.
First up was the most expensive glue and supposed to be suitable to glue plastic bumpers, trim and the like.
