Should be on the instructions usually says what the oversize is....depends on the size of the fixing that's being used.
I've never used those anchor bolts with resin...I just use threaded bar usually...but I'm no expert....remember to blow the hole out before the resin goes in...

You glue in rawl bolts? I thought the whole point of chemical anchors was you just use a normal bit of stud?

I thought Rawl was basically a compression fit...but they can crack the concrete/brick so I switched to resin.

With the resin you do have to work quick.
Set up the threaded bar before hand...nut and washer on end.
Drill a good set of holes...align everything...make sure the threaded bars fit.
Blow out holes (straw or bit of tube)...at that point you can get the resin going.
The resin has a mixer on the end of the tube...once mixed it sets in the tube mixer so don't do one hole at a time...because you'll need a new mixer for each hole!

Cut a 45 degree angle on the threaded bar end that goes in the hole. I don’t know the specifics of why you do this, but you’ll see the ones you buy have it too.
As above, work out how many holes you will get out of a tube, and prepare that amount of studs ready to fit. Don’t forget what comes out the mixer tube first needs to be discarded , wait until you get a uniform colour coming out.
Holes should be 2mm bigger than your stud diameter generally.
Have you considered screw anchors. Much easier to install if you have a decent impact wrench. I prefer resin if the concrete is a little bit green though.
If you were feeling adventurous, you could set some holding down bolts in bolt boxes as you cast the bases. These have a bit of play in them ( as long as you remember to crack the bolts whilst the concrete is green )
Don’t know how big your shed is, but generally you would stand a column on base packs to allow you to plumb it in all directions. If you do, then you need to grout them in after to spread the load over the full base plate area, especially so ifyo7 use cast in bolts as the grout travels down into the “tubes” to fix the bolts in place

I also cut a slight groove up the threaded bar (1/2 the thread thickness and around 2/3'ds of the threaded bar actually in the hole) this allows the resin to flow up the hole making sure it gets everywhere......

A cheap air bed bellows pump with a length of 8mm metal tube on the end makes life blowing holes out if you don't have compressed air available.

And wear goggles when blowing out the hole. It seems wherever i stand that dust goes straight on my face
and dont inhale with youR month over the tube
)i got 3 boxes of rather prices hilti ones a while back and they never had this on? 14mmx about 400mm from memory.. good idear thou!
