Got a couple of axles to replace on some kit. First being a 40yr old cement mixer that was my dad's, second is a small tipping trailer.
Both are 25mm/1" solid bar (so that gets me 2mtrs closer to the minimum order of £25 +vat). Both will be getting new wheels at the same time.
Question is, will EN8 be enough?
Tipping trailer will be behind a quad or ride on mower most of the time, probably pulling a clay trap around, so nothing too fast.
Cement mixer was getting done because the axle is bent, the drum is dinted and it looks sorry for itself. Plus I've been using it a lot recently.
